Add your Meta or TikTok Pixel ID, and your CAPI token if you have one. With the token, each purchase is also sent from our server with the order’s real value, so your ads learn from orders that actually happened.

Questions we hear
before sellers start

Does sellX take a commission on my sales?
No. 0% commission and no per-order fee, on every plan. You only pay a flat subscription, monthly or yearly, and nothing at all while you stay within 30 orders a month. If you turn on card payments through Paymob, Paymob charges its own fees; sellX takes nothing from your sales.
Will I pay in dollars?
No. Prices are in Egyptian pounds, VAT included: free up to 30 orders a month, then from 499 EGP a month for up to 350 orders. You don’t need a card, there’s no wallet to top up in advance, and you currently pay the subscription by InstaPay.
What happens if I go past 30 orders in a month?
Your store keeps working and customers order as usual; no order is turned away. The extra orders are saved but hidden from your dashboard until you upgrade, and we email you that an order is waiting instead of sending the WhatsApp alert. As soon as you move to a paid plan, all the saved orders appear.
How can my customers pay?
Cash on delivery works from the start. You can also turn on InstaPay, mobile wallets or bank transfer: the customer uploads a photo of the transfer and you check it. For card payments, connect your own Paymob account. All of this is in the free plan.
Does sellX ship my orders?
No, shipping stays with the courier you already work with. sellX adds the delivery fee for each governorate in the order form, and if you have a Bosta account you can connect it, book the shipment from the order page, and the shipment status updates by itself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the first paid plan: buy the domain anywhere and connect it to your store. On the free plan your store runs on a sell1x.com link with its name, like mystore.sell1x.com.
How does WhatsApp order confirmation work?
Once you turn it on, every customer who orders with cash on delivery gets a WhatsApp message with the product photo, the total and the address, a button that opens a page to confirm or cancel, and another to message your store’s WhatsApp for help. It’s sent from sellX’s number through Meta’s official WhatsApp API, and you see the answer next to each order.
What if I want to leave?
There’s no contract: you pay month to month, or for a year if you choose yearly. If you don’t renew, your store goes back to the free plan; it isn’t shut down. And you can export your orders (with customer names, phones and governorates) and your products as a CSV file any time.
