A landing page with a cash-on-delivery form, a WhatsApp code that verifies the customer’s number, a message asking the customer to confirm before you ship, and a WhatsApp alert to you with the details of new orders. You turn them on in settings, with no app subscriptions and no freelancer.

before you move
How does moving to sellX work?
Open your sellX store for free and message us on WhatsApp. If you get 50 or more orders a month, we move your products for free and help you set up your pixel and WhatsApp confirmation. Below that, you add your products from the dashboard, and we’re on WhatsApp if you need anything.
What moves over?
Your products: name, description, price, stock and category, arriving hidden until you review and publish them. You add photos, sizes and colors to each product before you publish it. Past orders and customer details don’t move, so keep a copy from your old platform if it lets you.
Will my old store go down while I move?
No. Your old store keeps running as it is until your sellX store is ready. Then you decide when to switch your ads and your domain, and don’t cancel your old subscription until you’re sure.
Can I bring my domain and my pixel?
Yes. You connect your domain from the first paid plan by changing its settings where you registered it, and the steps are in our domain guide. Your pixel belongs to your Meta account, so you add the same pixel ID in your sellX store settings.
What does moving cost, and what will sellX cost me?
Moving is free if you get 50 or more orders a month. sellX itself is free up to 30 orders a month, then from 499 EGP a month for up to 350 orders, at a flat price in EGP with no commission.
If it doesn’t work for me, can I leave?
Yes. There’s no contract, and if you switch back to Free, it applies at the end of the period you paid for. You can also download your orders and products as a sheet that opens in Excel, whenever you want.
